Our story
Born from watching great businesses outgrow who they were.
Our Founder, Emily St. Cyr, has worked with hundreds of businesses and she kept seeing the same thing.
Strong businesses. People who knew their craft, and were already growing. But their marketing hadn't caught up. Not because nobody wanted what they were selling, but because marketing was never connected to the business.
Most of these founders had been taught that marketing was just something you do. Spend money on ads, post on social, hope some of it sticks. Nobody could tell them what was actually working, or why, or what to do next to keep growing.
So Emily started Aven to fix that. Every marketing decision should be able to answer one question: how does this grow the business? That means strategy behind every channel, numbers behind every dollar spent, and someone in your corner who's thinking about your growth, not just your funnel.
Most growing businesses aren't at the point where they can hire a full marketing team. What they need is someone senior enough to think strategically and hands-on enough to actually get it done. That's what Aven does.
